By inviting, using, or interacting with GuildBridge ("the Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, remove the Bot from your server and discontinue use immediately.

GuildBridge is a Discord bot providing partnership management, server bumping, analytics, and community growth tools for Discord servers. The Bot is provided free of charge and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc.

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times when using GuildBridge.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use Discord and, by extension, GuildBridge.

When using GuildBridge, you agree to:

• Not use the Bot for spam, abuse, or any purpose that violates Discord's Terms of Service
• Not attempt to exploit, manipulate, or overload the Bot's systems
• Not use the Bot to distribute malicious content, malware, or harmful links
• Not impersonate GuildBridge or its developers
• Only use the Bot in servers where you have proper authorization (Manage Server permission)

GuildBridge facilitates partnerships between Discord servers. The Bot does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any content shared through partnership ads, server descriptions, or links.

GuildBridge collects and stores data necessary for its functionality, including server IDs, channel IDs, user IDs, and analytics data. For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

GuildBridge enforces cooldowns on commands (e.g., bump, partner, boost) to prevent spam and ensure fair usage across all servers.

We strive to keep GuildBridge online and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Bot may go offline for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from service interruptions.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to GuildBridge at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of abuse, violations of these terms, or behavior that harms the service or its users.

GuildBridge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the use of the Bot, including but not limited to server growth, partnership outcomes, or data loss.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via our support server.
