Your Discord server ID for settings and analytics.
💬 Channel IDs
Stored when you configure partner, review, or bump channels.
📍 Server Metadata
Name, member count, icon, and locale from Discord's API.
📈 Analytics
Bump counts, partner requests, and return bumper stats.
🔒 OAuth2 Data
Username, avatar, and ID for dashboard login. No tokens stored.

How We Use Your Data

The data we collect is used solely to:

  • Provide and maintain GuildBridge's features (partnerships, bumping, leaderboards, analytics)
  • Display server profiles and partnership ads within Discord
  • Power the web dashboard and leaderboard systems
  • Track cooldowns and prevent command abuse
  • Log partnership activity for server administrators
We never use your data for advertising, profiling, or sell it to third parties.

Data Storage

All data is stored in a MongoDB database. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties.

We do not share your data with third parties except:

  • Discord: We interact with Discord's API to deliver the Bot's functionality
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of GuildBridge and its users

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide our services. When you remove the Bot from your server, we may retain some data for a limited period before it is cleaned up.

GuildBridge is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from users under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will take steps to delete it.
